Sigmatel High Definition Audio Codec and XP

I am having a problem getting ASIO4ALL working on my Sony VGN-FE890 notebook under Windows XP. After some searching I found the Sigmatel High Definition Audio Codec XP driver to get the internal sound working under XP (notebook ships with Vista). The HD chipset is 24bit up to 192k sample rates. I am running Cubase SX3 with ASIO4ALL and it works fine except it only offers 44khz or 48khz sample rate options.

Since I have recorded all my projects at 96KHZ, I cant open them without resampling them completely, which I don't want to do as I only use the laptop for remote recording while I am travelling. Most mixing is done in my home studio on an Apogee.

I could buy a PCMCIA soundcard for cubase, but I know the internal is so close to working 100% it drives me nuts.

thanks for any advice!
best regards,
Paul
