Never mind, I've solved the problem (I hope ;D ). At first I've had two devices enabled on the WDM Device List. Now I've enabled just one device - Realtek HD Audio, and it is working great for almost an hour now. I'm soooo happy ;D It's running stable @ 11.5ms of latency, which is more than enough for my use.. Many thanks to the author of this wonderful program Many thanks for posting the fix! I had the same problem and was getting desperate about it. When using just the HD Audio device, it works like a charm.. ;D

I`m using the M-Audio Producer USB condenser mike. OS is Win 8 and Win 7 both on the same 64 bit machine. The original M-Audio driver is nearly unusable as in most times I get different audio volume in different applications.
Now with the latest asio4all everything is rock stable an all my other gear is supported e.g. Logitech webcam C920, Realtec etc.
