Hi, i noticed this is the 2.3 beta 3 version. The latest beta 5 also includes an a4apanel64.exe.. does this make beta 3 obsolete? Im running XP64 and the beta 5 also runs fine for me.
I noticed the a4apanel64.exe is not used by default, thru the startmenu.. though it crashes in version 3 when i configure it and close the window.. (i havent tried v5 yet)

To all those who request a 64bit version:
You are aware that you would need a 64bit host program to use this, yes?

I bought an E-Mu 0404 USB 2.0 external unit. The drivers don't work well with Propellerhead Record on 64-bit Windows 7(though they work very well with stand-alone Properllerhead Reason). ASIO4All does. You should sell your drivers to E-Mu.

Just thought I'd say; if you're really considering rewriting in C++, I'd like to offer my assistance if you have any relatively self-contained tasks that can be farmed out.
Thanks for ASIO4ALL, it's great (although the loss of Einstein and Bush has hit me hard :-)
BTW - I use Reaper 64-bit with ASIO4All on Win7 64 bit Home Premium and, while I can't say I have had no problems, it seems to generally work and I haven't tied any of the problems I do have down to the ASIO4All driver.

If written in assembler then maybe just some macro / switch directives need to be implemented. Dunno, been out of the assembly game for so long Bought an EMU X-Station keyboard a few weeks back and the lag was mega with onboard sound. Was suggested by the shop to get a sound card that was ASIO compatible, but as far as I was concerned it didn't do what it said on the tin...so it went back. Wish I had come across this site before hand though!

Considering the thread title, me still has not received any cookies, FFS! I once tried posting cookies. They ended up as dust at the other end. Maybe we could send you a cookie maker instead?

I am using 64 bit Sonar, so it would be great to have 64 bit A4A.
Thanks in advance.
Regarding the cookies, I thought they were supposed to be an award after you come out with a 64 bit version, Michael! ;-)
