Hi there I've a little problem, with the latest asio4all release. I succesfully run my AC97 with windows 7 64bits, but I cannot make my behringer BCA2000 (USB soundcard) running. The BCA2000 is reported to run well with asio4all under XP, why should it be different with seven 64bits ? Maybe i'm missing something, but asio4all doesn't need any other drivers to work ? Because there is no 64bits drivers for the BCA2000, and I cannot make it recognized by windows, is that the problem ? Thanks a lot regards from greece -fx

You still need drivers for your hardware. ASIO4ALL is only a ASIO driver that sits on top of your regular device drivers and IS NOT AN HARDWARE driver.

I've been super pleased with my XLR-USB 1ch mono interface from Radio Shack, catalog #33-331 sells for $25USD. Native support in XP thru Win7, with flawless 16/48k audio, and quite durable too!

this costs under 2$, works perfectly under Win7x64 and A4A, making it perfect fit if you're a laptop dj and dont want to spend a lot of cash on some serious interface (sound quality is fine)

fwiiw - apparently tascam us-144mkII does not work. It does have it's own asio driver, but that only gets me 15.5 ms latency in LIVE/win 7, not fast enough for music performance. With Asio4All the sound stutters. Works fine in osx with coreaudio driver! My cards have always worked fine until this circumstance, are some cards inherently faster than others even under the same ASIO protocal?
thanks in advance

emagic emi a62m works with win 7 64bit if its firmware is preloaded by the XP driver and kept over the reboot to win7. Recording and playing in 16bit is possible.
But I have one problem with ASIO4ALL: the "force 16bit" seems to work simultaneously on input and output.
Would it be possible in a later release of ASIO4ALL to have selectable "force 16bit on input" and "force 16bit on output" ?
I think this is not only an emagic issue but general for multi-in-out boxes with USB 1.1 because of the bandwith.

Hi all,
ASIO4ALL 2.11 beta1 works great with: Creative Extigy (buffer 768 samples) Numark M1-USB mixer (buffer 768 samples) Nuforce Icon Mobile) (buffer 1024 samples)
Great advantage of ASIO4ALL is to work where Kernel Streaming doesn't (Numark M1 + Nuforce ICON Mobile)

I have it working with 1x behringer uca222 (monitor out/line in) 2x behringer uca202 (for line inputs) m-audio fastrack pro (mic inputs) focusrite VRM box for headphone monitoring
it works well (under reaper) if i activate inputs and outputs as needed (i can have multiple UCA's running - and if i increase buffer i can get them all at the same time) but it crackles like hell if i try to have both the UCA222 and the VRM box outputs at the same time whatever settings i choose (not sure if this is because uca is 16bit and the vrm is 24bit?)
