Hello, I have an ewx 24/96 soundcard from terratec. Can asio4all make better my soundcard ? I use FLStudio Producer and I have many problems to record externals instruments (guitar, voice, etc...). All is recorded at the same time, and I cannot mix nothing. But perhaps... I understand... nothing. Sorry for my english, but I am french. Thanks and have a nice day, or night according to your country.

I own an EWX 24/96 myself. This is a 4 in/4 out card if you count the S/PDIF i/o also. ASIO4ALL will not add any more channels to it.
For best results, you should set the DMA Latency in the EWX control panel to the lowest setting (i.e. 1ms) and compare the results between ASIO4ALL and the native EWX ASIO driver. I would be surprised if you found that there was a lot of a difference.

Hello Michael, thank you for your answer. In fact, I am a very bad technician. The problem that I have is : when I record my own guitar (for example with patterns of drums and bass in the playlist of FLStudio), all is recorded in the audio-clip, and I can't mix. I wondered whether that came from my soundcard. But I think that I don't all understand, my english is very school. Thank you, one more time. Best regards

I guess I understand what you mean. The EWX has an internal mixer that allows you to feed the wave output back into the input. You can disable this feat in the EWX 24/96 mixer control panel by muting the "WaveRec" or what it's called...

O course... that was very simple. I don't want to bother you, but with the dma at 1msec, is the buffer size (in asio panel) important to remove the delay-effect during the recording ? This effect doesn't appear during the playing, after. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards.
