Seems like an oversight to me. Just stumbled across this recently because an audio stream with 32 kHz wouldn't play (Winamp 5, ASIO plugin) and I had to search for a while until I found ASIO4All as the culprit. Switched to native ASIO, works fine. I just prefer ASIO4All for lower sample rates because it can provide a larger buffer (native maxes out at 512 samples, which isn't buller-proof on my dual PIII-500E yet, while 1024 is fine) and doesn't block the card as much as native ASIO does (I've had some problems with DSound/MME getting a "hiccup" when the card was blocked for longer periods by native ASIO - ah, there's a newer beta driver for my Aureon 5.1 Sky now, let's try that...).
