Yes, I thought the problems may come form the used software (NI Kontakt Sampler) - but the problem is the ASIO4All 2.x driver. I checked an external USB-Audio Card without the ASIO4ALL - and all problems are gone. Then I checked the ASIO4ALL 1.8 - and this one works MUCH better - I did not fully test it but here is a screenshot of the taskmanager. 1 part = ASIO4ALL 2.6 (5 ms latency) 2 part = ASIO4ALL 1.8 (10 ms latency) 3 part = ext. USB ASIO Interface (POD XTLive) (10 ms latency) 4 part = ASIO4ALL 2.6 (10 ms latency) The ASIO4ALL uses a lot of CPU (form time to time) and in this high peaks it leads to all this problems. Here is the picture: www.soundside.de/test/ASIO-CPU.jpg

Mezla, Click on the link 'project brief' on the homepage of www.asio4all.com. You should find it there. Grtz, Martijn

Thanks Martijn for pointing that out! Of course, you can still get ahold of the v1.8 release without the need to revert to dodgy P2P f1l3z d0vvN104dZ. ;D
This isn't going to help Mezla, however, I'm afraid, as v1.x does not have the multi-device support Mezla needs for his setup.
