Problems with USB DAC (crackling)

I’m trying to set up ASIO4ALL v2.10 Beta 1 on Windows XP 64x but I can’t get my USB DAC (KECES Da-151/Burr-Brown Japan PCM 2702) to work properly. It crackles a lot, you know the story.
My soundcard (ESI Juli@) works without a problem.
No matter what I do in the ASIO control panel the crackling won’t disappear.
I would appreciate any help I can get, I’m pretty new to this.

Nvm, got it working...
Used Winamp instead of Foobar2000.

Hmm, another problem...
Whenever I resize/enlarge windows ASIO lags :/

Go to Windows advanced system properties and make sure you have set processort scheduling to: Background services and NOT to Programs.

Also, set visual effects to: "Adjust for best performance" instead of the default "Let windows choose what's best for my computer".
