Hello Francois,
The "Improper Shutdown" Message should disappear if you close and then restart Podium.
I have downloaded the 1.20 Demo of Podium and did some tests. What struck me immediately is that Podium does not recognize any changes you make to the ASIO setup unless you restart the application.
Does the "Improper Shutdown" Message appear _each_ time you start Podium?

Hi Mike , i just installed the 2.2, its becoming really bad!!!I clicked from the icon in the desktop and get directly "impropershutdown",the try to make a setup ,and get the "beyond logic"configuration if enable "and available" if i disable the ports. So i clicked the default option , and its the same , i have only one port toggle between available and "beyond logic".Inside Podium , ist the same , but i get only the "improper shutdown if i swich from Yamaha to asio4all.Thats all my report , i'm using SWIK , POdium under Win2k. Hope it will help.I will send also a report of your last message to Frits.

Hello Francois,
The "Improper Shutdown" message can become annoying at times, but in some cases it is a real life-saver.
Since I do not have access to a SW1k, the only way to find out what's going wrong would be to send you a debug version (guess I still have your email address)
Does your setup work with ASIO4ALL 1.8? (reportedly this generally works with the SW1k, alltough you cannot operate all channels at the same time)
Some more things to try: Check "Always Resample..." as well as "Force WDM Driver To 16Bits"
If you enable channels one-by-one, starting with the outputs only, does it flag an error immediately or only after you enabled a certain number of channels?

I think it does not work for me with 1.8 , and it is why i was impatient to see your new version.I sent a message to Frits(podium) , and i think he will make some testings ,he has a SW1K too.
