Hi, I would like to report the following:
If you open an ASIO application using ASIO4All, a control panel user interface pops up, the ASIO4All control panel. That is nice. However, in my application, I tend to open and close the driver multiple times and always the control panel opens up (and I then close it manually). Often, the application crashes as soon as the control panel is opened for the second time. Not always but it may happen. The debugger tells me that the problem is within the ASIO4All code. This behavior does not occur with non-ASIO4All controlled ASIO devices. By the way: Thanks for having written ASIO4All. Except for this little problem it really is very a wonderful tool.
Best regards,
Hauke

One wonders: Just loading the driver does not, by itself, bring up the control panel.
Also, are you sure that every CoCreateInstance() is followed by a Release() on the interface?

Thank you for the response.
Yes, I soved this problem by no longer opening the UI. It was kind of default setup to open it.
I will check that with the CoCreateInstance and Release.
