Hi
First of all, thanx for a great product. It allows me to use the built-in soundcard in my ThinkPad when I am om the road.
Question? Will there be a 64bit version of ASIO4All? To my knowledge 32 bit drivers will not work on the latest greatest :-) version of Windows XP:

Right now there´s a version of Windows XP, pretty much the same as the standard but for 64 bit Architecture. I know M-Audio has added 64 bit drivers for their soundcards to be used with Windows XP 64 bit. If you have a 32 bit Processor (e.g: Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium, AMD Duron, AMD Athlon[32 bit arch], don´t even bother getting a 64 bit Operating System and 64 bit drivers. Your CPU won´t be compatible with a 64 bit OS. Be aware that Windows XP 64 bit only works with AMD Athlon 64 Processors and not with Intel Itanium Processors. So, to wrap it up, there will always be a 32 bit version of windows, at least for the time being. I hope this helps some way.

ASIO is a user mode API and currently only defined for use with 32 bit audio applications. I have not heard of a 64 bit ASIO sepcification yet.
Having said that, obviously the 64 bit versions of Windows would also support 32 bit applications, the weak spot in the chain being the 64 bit WDM drivers not fully up to speed yet.
Therefore, depending on the particular driver for your particular audio device, you may get mixed results.
Provided that the WDM drivers for your sound hardware are fixed, there is no reason why ASIO4ALL would not work the same way as it does with 32 bit Windows.
