Hi Xelenio!
Got also the realtec AC97, and yes, it works good with A4A, but only when I turn off my MS-Midi Synth in the Registry... after that I can work with Cubast VST5.1 . Without turning the MS-Synth off I don´t hear any Audio, and the A4A-Control Panel displays realtec-Out as unavailable.... Problem is, that I have to install the correct Audio-Driver afterwords, or else I can´t hear any sound with other applications like winamp.... That´s not very Comfortable to work with. You know another Solution to turn of the system intergrated synthesis, or any other way to make it work?

fine? it works fantastic. switching from steinberg-asiodriver to asio4all reduced latency from 110/750 to 13/13.
you can easily notice this immediately when pressing a key on the midi-keyboard.
really, far more than I expected. GREAT JOB!
System: Asus A8V with AC97 onboard, Athlon64 3500Ghz.
