Hey, it seems the Asio4All driver enumerates too many WDM drivers... I installed it on my PC and everytime I started the offline settings app, the PC would BSOD with a 0x0000007E error. Then I tried disabling all ATI WDM devices (ATI WDM Rage Theater audio, WDM crossbar, WDM TV Tuner, etc...) and the BSODs stopped but the offline settings app still won't start.

This is a known issue. The current workaround is, as you describe, to disable the "Rage Theater Audio" in Device Manager. There is a Dell TV card with similar issues.
The problem is not that ASIO4ALL enumerates too many WDM drivers, but rather that these cards actually _install_ WDM audio drivers in the same way that legit audio devices would do, but these drivers are bugged beyond belief.
I have already prepared code that would completely ignore these drivers, but that would be a "four by four" - workaround, and I'd rather have some other stuff tested by a willing victim first ;D
If you are prepared to volunteer, please email me at feedback@asio4all.com with an address that I can send stuff to!
